The migration to the new .SG Registry Platform will commence next week from 23 March 2024, 0000hrs to 23 March 2024, 1000hrs (SGT/UTC+8).

* Both the current and new .SG Registry Platforms (all services) will not be accessible during this period. SGNIC will send emails to notify all registrars, partners and Secondary DNS providers at the start of the migration and when the migration has completed.
** Production credentials will be sent to your contact which currently receives system emails, by 16 March 2024 (SGT/UTC+8).
*** SGNIC’s Tech Support will be available on 23 Mar 2024 until 1400hrs (SGT/UTC+8) to assist with troubleshooting if registrars, partners and secondary DNS providers encounter issues after the migration.
