Identity Digital is excited to share that we are upgrading our registrar web portal! This upgrade will affect both the OT&E and Production portals.
Among many improvements, the portal upgrade will include:
a new, more modern interface;
improvements to performance and search functionality;
a new dashboard featuring key account information;
more informative tooltips; and
a multi-tier navigation structure.
These enhancements will enable our partners to achieve greater operational efficiency and manage their domains more seamlessly on the Identity Digital Platform.

Action Required
Once both OT&E and Production registrar web portals have been upgraded, all registrar web users will be required to setup Two-Factor authentication again on first login. The URLs for both OT&E and Production registrar web portals will remain the same (see table below). Registrar web user credentials (username & password) will also remain the same.
Documentation Updates
Applicable documentation will be made available to all Registrars upon OT&E upgrade on September 11, 2024. Notably, all documentation that currently references the registrar web portal will be updated to show screenshots and/or navigation paths for the upgraded portal. All documents will be available in the Document Section of the upgraded registrar web portal in the top navigation bar under Documents > Registrar Documents.
